The Software Engineer designs, develops, tests, deploys, documents, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements. Candidates in this position shall be responsible for crafting pixel-perfect user interfaces that enhance the usability and overall user experience for a family of web applications. In this role, the UI/UX designer shall be responsible for the visual layout, styling of web pages, making key decisions in color, typography, and iconography in component design. <li>Experience using collaboration and software development tools (ie. Atlassian).</li>

Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly</li>
<li>Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus three (3) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity</li>

Required Technical Skills
<ul>
<li>Basic understanding using the Linux CLI</li>
<li>Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer</li>
<li>Proficiency using UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch</li>
<li>Strong understanding of UI layout principles, design systems, responsive design principles and concepts</li>

This individual will perform research, analysis, and data gathering activities while conducting threat, vulnerability, and capability maturity assessments. The individual will be expected to apply critical thinking, conduct gap analyses, and develop implementation plans for the improvement of cybersecurity in large, complex defense systems.

Required Qualifications:
