Maintain exam rooms, ensuring they are stocked, sanitized, and compliant with OSHA and infection control standards.
Assist with specimen collection, labeling, and proper chain-of-custody documentation when required.
 
Documentation &amp; Compliance
 
Accurately enter patient information and clinical data into the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Ensure all documentation meets federal, state, and contracting agency requirements.
Support completion of medical forms and required reports for disability determinations and occupational fitness evaluations.
Follow strict chain-of-custody protocols for drug and alcohol testing.
 
Administrative &amp; Operational Duties
 
Assist schedulers with confirming and updating patient appointments.
Answer phones and respond to patient and staff inquiries professionally.
Maintain medical supplies, inventory, and order replacements as needed.
Support clinic flow to ensure exams are completed in a timely manner.
