POSITION SUMMARY: ZACH creates exceptional theatre experiences that inspire and engage the Austin community. The Manager of Audio/Visual acts as the resident Sound Designer and supervisor of the Audio Department at ZACH, providing leadership to all full-time, part-time, and contract employees in the on-time, on-budget execution of production audio needs, serving as designer for ZACH Mainstage, Family Series, and Events as well as coordinating guest sound designers as appropriate.
This critical role ensures the maintenance of audio equipment and inventory, coordinating with external designers, directors, musical directors, artists, and musicians in the fulfillment of production needs. As resident Sound Designer, this role is responsible for the configuration of each venue's sound system including the placement and designation of microphones, monitors, loudspeakers, control hardware, and production specific effects and musician support. Additionally, the Manager of Audio works closely with the Manager of Lighting/Video, Manager of Stage Operations, and General Manager to support non-production use of ZACH facilities and rehearsal spaces for special events, rentals, development events, and meetings.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul>
<li>Hires, mentors, and supervises all full-time, part-time, and over hire audio and video personnel for each production; providing performance feedback, mentorship and staff development, and payroll approvals.</li>
<li>Serves as Resident Sound Designer for ZACH Mainstage and Family series productions as well as special events and other projects as assigned by the Artistic Director and Director of Production each season.</li>
<li>Collaborates with Directors, Designers, Director of Production, rental houses, and other suppliers to achieve desired designs within designated budgets.</li>
<li>Maintains inventory and purchases of all departmental equipment.</li>
<li>Oversees the installation and use of both wired and wireless clear-com systems.</li>
<li>Collaborates with contributing departments to ensure department needs are met for all events.</li>
<li>Builds, layers, and edits sound cues and music quickly in collaboration with the Director and other members of the Production Team. </li>
<li>Sources all music and sound effects for each production.</li>
<li>In charge of all multi-track recording required for each production and event. </li>
<li>Responsible for tracking all audio budgets and ordering of supplies for each production. </li>
<li>In charge of the programming of digital audio consoles and Qlab programming for all events and productions.</li>
<li>Collaborates with the Technical Director, Manager of Lighting/Video, and Manager of Stage Operations to solve problems that bridge departments, including hangchart development and cable paths on deck.</li>
<li>Required attendance at all technical rehearsals and previews until released by Director of Production</li>
<li>Assists the education department in the execution of sound designs and the hiring of sound board operators</li>

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience supervising a department of technicians and over-hire crews with preference in a regional or touring house under AEA contracts, and a Bachelors in Sound Engineering or comparable professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Experience overseeing departmental budgets, forecasts, and other budgetary requirements, primarily in a producing theater or company.</li>
<li>Experience with Crestron Control Systems and Yamaha consoles, namely CL5.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in sound and audio programming and practices with a deep understanding of technical networking components and their use in sound and design in a theatrical setting.</li>
</ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.</li>
<li>Understanding of Yamaha CL Series and Allen &amp; Heath Avantis digital audio consoles, Shure wireless microphones, and Clear-com systems.</li>

This PRN RN role is Nights and on our Cardiac Telemetry MedSurg Unit.Job Summary:Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
 Exemplary Practice and Outcomes * Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; identification of outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence base practice, uses analytical/critical thinking and insuring that care is individualized; coordinating care through effective partnerships recognizing that caring is central to achieve optimal patient care outcomes * Provides relationship-based patient centered care that is consistent with population specific characteristics (e.g. age, gender, disease, etc.) in a manner that adapts service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity * Always partners with the patient and significant others (as appropriate) using such appropriate method for setting and purpose (e.g., bedside shift report; interdisciplinary rounds; just in time and planned patient teaching; keeping the patient and significant others updated and making the patients goals the focus of the plan of care. * Practices using current clinical practice standards. Teamwork and Collaboration * Coordinates the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model. This includes, but is not limited to diverse and inclusive interdisciplinary communication methods (interdisciplinary rounds, case review, etc.); completion of timely documentation and promotion of a respectful, inclusive clinical environment * Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration by practicing in a manner that is fiscally responsible and promotes the recruitment and retention of all healthcare team members. * Participates and supports performance improvement inclusive of all stakeholders, research and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care including initiating and/or leading such activities as well as, promoting an inter/intra-disciplinary process and actively supports/participates in shared governance at all levels in the system. Professional Development and Initiative * Completes all initial and ongoing professional competency assessment, required mandatory education, population specific education. * Serves as a preceptor and/or or mentor for other professional nurses (and staff or students for all disciplines) to ensure that there is a current and future qualified workforce; modeling the professional practice of nursing and creating a healthy work environment Evidence Based Practice and Research * Promotes Evidence based practice, nursing research and performance improvement in nursing. Participates in activities such as value analysis as part of the decision making process in evaluating patient care products. * Upholds all health care system/organizational policies and procedures and clinical competencies put forth by this job description and professional association including legal, regulatory and accreditation requirements and standards ensuring by way of example, such goals as TJC Patient Safety Goals and WellStar Health Systems safety absolutes * Participates in data collection, poses relevant clinical questions to advanced evidence based practice. Consults appropriate experts and uses appropriate resources and evidence to address practice questions. Resources and Support * Proactively plans for the care of patients across the care continuum in the course of giving direct patient care. * Participates in the development of protocols and procedures when called upon or through self-initiation in collaboration with care managers and other members of the health care team to achieve best practice outcomes (i.e., decrease in re-admission rates; avoidable days; adverse events; etc.). * Supports efficient and effective use of human and material resources. Required Minimum Education:
