Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Performs planned maintenance and electrical safety inspections on a broad range of patient care and selected support equipment in compliance with established standards.</li>
<li>Manages all assigned equipment and schedules service.</li>

Position Summary&nbsp; We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. Key Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner&nbsp;</li>
<li>Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members&nbsp;</li>
<li>Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries&nbsp;</li>
<li>Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Qualifications&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds&nbsp;</li>
<li>Office management or marketing experience is a plus&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license</li>
</ul>
Schedule&nbsp;
This role requires availability Monday - Friday, 9:45 am - 7 pm. Must be available 1 day on the weekend, Saturday 9:45 am-4 pm or Sunday 8:45 am-3 pm.
