<li>Graduate from a CNM program accredited by ACME or similar body</li>

Certification:

<li>Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) credential from the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)</li>
<li>Basic Life Support (BLS) required</li>

Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum one year of recent CNM or womens health experience in an outpatient OB/GYN setting</li>
</ul>
Licensure: 
<ul>
<li>Current, unrestricted RN license and Nurse Midwife license valid in any U.S. state or territory</li>
</ul>
Skills and Abilities: 
<ul>
<li>Proficient in conducting prenatal and gynecological exams</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of contraception, family planning, and postpartum care</li>
<li>Confident in independently managing routine OB/GYN cases</li>
<li>Effective communicator with patients and healthcare teams</li>
<li>Skilled in using EHR systems such as MHS Genesis</li>
