Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>3+ years of commercial real estate and/or investment management marketing and design experience required</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent required</li>
<li>Experience providing marketing support to a team of commercial real estate professionals with the ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities and personalities</li>
<li>Ability to (1) work autonomously and effectively cross-manage multiple projects at one time and (2) work collaboratively with the Stream IM team to discuss and determine best strategy and approach given the context of any marketing project</li>
<li>Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, etc.)</li>
<li>Experience with Ceros and WordPress or other web platforms is a plus</li>
<li>Strong project management skills with experience working in Airtable, preferred</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)</li>
