Role Description
We are presently identifying candidates for the following position: Mid-Level Mandarin OSINT Analyst - TS/SCI. This contract supports analytic and analytic enabling services that range from scientific and engineering research to programmatic and intelligence collection. This Analyst will be working in a classified environment as a part of a larger team performing the following: 
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct all-source analytic production on sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign Government open-source materials within established security protocols.</li>
<li>Analyze foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct collection and exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) via use of OSINT tools.</li>
<li>Produce Open-Source intelligence (OSINT) Reports and other OSINT network analysis products.</li>
<li>Coordinate and collaborate with other intelligence disciplines to produce finished intelligence products, including threat assessments.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.</li>
<li>Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.</li>
<li>Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.</li>
<li>Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.</li>
<li>Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.</li>

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Active TS/SCI security clearance and CI Poly eligibility. </li>
<li>Foreign language capabilities of 3/3 LT1/ALTA/DLPT or better in Mandarin. </li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a related intelligence area with 8+ years of experience in intelligence related field with OSINT experience within the last 2 years. NOTE: An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12+ years in the specific labor category may be substituted for a bachelors degree. </li>
<li>Experience utilizing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) OSINT tools which include but are not limited to OSINT Tool Kit applications (e.g., SILO, SCRAAWL, Data Miner, and Babel).</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of PAI or social media.</li>
<li>Prior military or government analytical experience. </li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., OBC, OS301/OS302, CASO, defense or IC equivalent (DIA BOTC, FBI OS101)).</li>
<li>Experience conducting intelligence analytical support for the IC/DoD.</li>

The following are requirements of the Cloud Solutions Architect and RMF/ATO Specialist:

<li>US Citizen.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, an active clearance is preferred.</li>

The Intelligence Group at Leidos has an opening for a Senior Imagery Analyst to support our customer in Springfield, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in imagery analysis to support a national security customer. As an Imagery Analyst you will apply proficient knowledge of GEOINT analysis techniques, Electronic Light Tables (ELTs) and advanced intelligence writing to design, develop and deliver geospatial intelligence products. Products can range from snapshots in time to long-term researched products. The candidate should have deep a geospatial background and a strong ability to independently conduct research and initiate projects as they deem appropriate.
Primary Responsibilities
The candidate will work directly with customers and team members and must be able to create, edit, research, evaluate, analyze, and fuse data from multiple sources and datasets to produce current and finished geospatial intelligence products. The Senior Imagery Analyst will prepare geospatial products and present intelligence assessments to customers and advise leadership of intelligence issues and challenges as appropriate. The candidate will exercise their oral and written communication skills to collaborate and interact with analysts within the customer agency and with their customers. In this position the analyst will also assist in the development and documentation of imagery analysis procedures, and maintenance of products. The employee will also be responsible for mentoring journeyman level analysts and developing innovative approaches to solve challenging intelligence problems.
Basic Qualifications

<li>Active TS/SCI</li>
<li>HS Diploma and at least 11 years of relevant imagery analysis experience. A bachelor’s degree in a field related to animation may count for up to four years of this experience.</li>
<li>Ability to produce dynamic GEOINT products.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of both soft copy exploitation and multi-spectral exploitation functionalities.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of the following systems and software programs: REMOTEVIEW, IEC, NES, and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and word processing.</li>
