Lakeside Generations, a Cassia senior community overlooking a lake, is hiring a&nbsp;Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)&nbsp;to join our team to assist and support the Director of Nursing. In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Bonus: $5,000 Position Type:&nbsp;Part-Time working every other weekend (you can pick up other shifts as they become available) Hours:&nbsp;6:00am to 2:30pm Wage Range:&nbsp;$34.48 to $42.03 / hour depending on experience. <li>Must have MN LPN&nbsp;License and be in good standing.</li>
<li>Must have strong communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.</li>

Nurse Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.</li>
<li>Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.</li>
<li>Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.</li>
<li>Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.</li>
<li>Performs additional duties as required.</li>
