POSITION PURPOSE:

Job Purpose: As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the Clinic &amp; ARC Manager plays a vital leadership role in the day-to-day oversight of non-medical clinic and ARC operations at Aspire Womens Clinic and Resource Center. This role provides immediate crisis intervention, patient advocacy, compassionate counseling, and comprehensive care coordination. The manager supports and trains non-medical staff and volunteers, oversees workflows and resource distribution, and fosters relationships with local community partners and churches to ensure each patient receives holistic supportspiritual, emotional, and practical.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Non-Medical Patient Care &amp; Counseling 
<ul>
<li>Offer patient advocacy &amp; needs assessments in unplanned pregnancies and crisis situations</li>
<li>Provide emotional, spiritual, and practical client support through coaching and resource referrals</li>
<li>Identify barriers faced by patients and assist with applying for specific programs or benefits as appropriate</li>
<li>Facilitate continuation of care through internal and external service and resource navigation</li>
<li>Share the Gospel where appropriate and document spiritual care conversations</li>
<li>Coordinate with nursing staff and care coordinators regarding ongoing patient needs</li>
<li>Handle inquiries related to ongoing care and oversee resource-related follow-ups</li>
<li>Ensure compassionate, well-trained staff are managing intake experiences (clinic &amp; ARC)</li>
</ul>
 
Program &amp; Non-Medical Clinic Operations 
<ul>
<li>Oversee clinic and ARC daily operations</li>
<li>Oversee patient flow across continuum of care at Aspire</li>
<li>Collaborate with Nurse Manager to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws across continuum of care at Aspire Womens Clinic in Naples</li>
<li>Work closely with ARC Supervisor to ensure compassionate and practical delivery of client care in ARC</li>
<li>Work closely with Director of Patient Services &amp; Programs to assist in evaluating and refining delivery of non-medical client care as needed</li>
<li>Monitor and report on monthly dashboard data and patient statistics</li>
<li>Maintain organization and supply of all patient-facing resource materials</li>
</ul>
 
Team Leadership &amp; Development 
<ul>
<li>Supervise and support Receptionist, Care Coordinators, ARC Supervisor</li>
<li>Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluating clinic and ARC team members</li>
<li>Lead team devotions and promote a Christ-centered staff culture</li>
<li>Keep Director of Patient Services &amp; Programs well-informed and maintain open channels of communication</li>
<li>Collaborate with Naples nursing staff daily and Nurse Manager as needed</li>
</ul>
 
Community Resource &amp; Outreach Leadership 
<ul>
<li>Champion best practices in resource navigation and serve as the key advisor to staff on all relevant client support pathways</li>
<li>Serve as subject matter expert on appropriate local resources and services.</li>
<li>Ensure staff are trained and equipped with current knowledge and tools to assist clients with necessary resources</li>
<li>Own the process of all client applications for short-term financial assistance</li>
<li>Represent PRC at local churches and community events, as assigned</li>
</ul>
 
Public Relations &amp; Ministry Events 
<ul>
<li>Participate fully in ministry events such as the Walk4Life and Annual Gala</li>
<li>Represent the organization with professionalism and warmth in public-facing settings</li>
<li>Promote and support donor and ministry initiatives when appropriate</li>

Skills &amp; Qualifications:

<li>Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a helping field or equivalent experience, ideally Social Work or Counseling</li>

POSITION PURPOSE:
Under the general supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Medical Assistant Lead will perform certain administrative and clinical duties in a supportive and training role.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - CLINICAL:
<ul>
<li>Accurately scrub patient charts prior to appointment and room patients per procedure.</li>
<li>Accurately and efficiently enter information into EMR; strictly adhere to the HIPAA policy and procedures.</li>
<li>Accurately and efficiently enter orders, medication and lab orders in EMR, as directed by Provider.</li>
<li>Set up and assist Provider with procedures.</li>
<li>Perform clinical duties as ordered by Provider, including but not limited to ear lavage, EKG, injections, medication administration, and duties within the scope of an MA and according to established procedures.</li>
<li>Perform and delegate providers staff buckets, answer telephone calls, and assist patients.</li>
<li>Administer and be competent in vaccine administration for adults and children.</li>
<li>Assist with Nurse visits as needed, performing wound care, blood pressure checks, medication administration, point of care testing, and duties ordered by Provider and according to procedures.</li>
<li>Stock, clean, and check for expired supplies in each assigned room and Nursing Station.</li>
<li>Clean, pack, and track instruments to be sent for sterilization.</li>
<li>Follow all Aviva Health and department policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist other team members as needed.</li>

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - ADMINISTRATIVE:

<li>Train medical assistants in accordance with policies and procedures to perform job duties within their scope.</li>
<li>Maintain and review training and orientation check-off lists on new medical assistants.</li>
<li>Assist supervisors in the development of MA training program and orientation checklist and provide training and assistance to staff who may need additional training.</li>
<li>Collaborate with supervisors, providers and Chief Medical Officer to adjust MA curriculum and training, as needed, and work as a liaison between the medical assistants and providers to improve training.</li>
<li>Work closely with other departments to improve patient care.</li>
<li>Ensure medical equipment is functioning and notify Supervisor/Manager if repairs or replacement is needed.</li>
<li>Assist department with maintaining compliance with all regulatory agencies, including CLIA, OSHA, etc.</li>
<li>Maintain, log, train on, and/or delegate all quality control logs as required by CLIA.</li>
<li>Address any clinic questions/concerns; direct staff to supervisors to address non-clinical questions/concerns.</li>
<li>Follow-up on tasks; notify Supervisor/Manager if MAs are experiencing performance or compliance issues.</li>
<li>Attend scheduled meetings and trainings as directed by the Supervisor/Manager.</li>
<li>Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Minimum six (6) months of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant.</li>
<li>No written warnings in the last six (6) months.</li>
<li>Maintain current BLS certification.</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic medical terminology and excellent computer skills.</li>
<li>Scribe experience preferred.</li>
