We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor&nbsp;with a passion for seeing projects to completion.
Responsibilities
· Oversee new construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
· Work closely with clients, architects, on-site team, and subcontractors.
· Manage scope of work, budget conscious and quality throughout the construction process.
· Update Management on all aspects of the project on a regular basis.
Qualifications
· Project Management experience – minimum of 2 years (Preferred)
· Site Supervision experience – minimum of 2 years (Preferred)
· Exceptional organizational, customer service and communication skills (Required)
· Working knowledge of Google Suite, Dropbox and other technologies for communication (Required)
· Driver’s License (Required)
Schedule
· Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
· Full Time
· Various Project Sites and Locations

Summary
The Construction Supervisor is&nbsp;responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned construction projects for the branch.&nbsp; Our Supervisor will&nbsp;effectively cultivate good team and group dynamics, demonstrate the technical and practical expertise for successful project completion, and display an ongoing commitment to quality. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;
Essential Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Monitor costs including labor, time, and materials and keep jobs moving forward on time and within budget</li>
<li>Perform job site inspections prior to mobilization to ensure readiness</li>
<li>Supervision of field labor force</li>
<li>Hiring, training and development of employee crew labor</li>
<li>Create protocols as deemed necessary to improve operational performance</li>
<li>Demonstrate commitment to safety and injury-free work environment</li>

Qualifications:

<li>The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications</li>
