Prepares clinical documentation in real-time during visits and submits to the nursing department to comply with established timelines for billing optimization. Completes all documentation legibly and applies approved abbreviations and documentation error correction practices per Option Care’s policy.</li>
<li>Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries with patient instructions and thoroughly reports patient care needs, progress and goals when transferring care.</li>
<li>Demonstrates compliance with agency operations, Option Care’s policies and procedures, professional standards, local, state, federal regulations/guidelines, and accreditation standards. </li>

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Registered Nurse - Emergency Department-Day Position Highlights:

<li>Location: Highland Park Hospital</li>
<li>Full Time: 36 hours per week</li>
<li>Hours: Day shift(7am-7:30pm) w/ rotating weekends.</li>
<li>BONUS: 20K- Must have at least two years of RN experience in an emergency department. M ust be accepted no later than 10/01/25 . </li>

<li> Education: BSN degree preferred</li>
