Job Description: Regional Crisis Response Lead - Park County
 
Summary of Position
The Regional Crisis Response Lead (Park) plays a key leadership role in supporting crisis stabilization efforts and strengthening relationships with county partners, community organizations, and system stakeholders. This position is responsible for facilitating collaboration, building trust with local entities, and directly participating in crisis intervention and response services.
Unlike clinical Team Leads, this role is non-clinical and does not provide licensure-based supervision; rather, the regional lead focuses on community engagement, systems coordination, and direct crisis response. The Community Crisis Liaison will report to the Crisis Director.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Serve as a primary point of contact with county officials, community partners, and external agencies to strengthen collaboration and trust.</li>
<li>Participate in crisis response services, providing de-escalation, safety planning, and connection to resources for individuals and families in crisis.</li>
<li>Support the crisis stabilization team by assisting with community navigation, resource linkage, and follow-up engagement.</li>
<li>Facilitate communication and integrated care planning between Paragon and external stakeholders (law enforcement, hospitals, schools, community agencies).</li>
<li>Provide training, outreach, and education to community partners on crisis services and processes.</li>
<li>Help identify gaps in services and collaborate with leadership to develop responsive solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure documentation of community engagement and crisis response activities aligns with organizational policies and funding requirements.</li>
</ul>
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
<ul>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to represent Paragon effectively in community and county settings.</li>
<li>Knowledge of crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and resource navigation.</li>
<li>Understanding of trauma-informed care and systems of care within the Western Slope region.</li>
<li>Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.</li>
<li>Flexibility and willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.</li>

Education &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in human services, social sciences, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li>

<li>Second language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, ASL) preferred.</li>
