ALBERT HOTEL is hiring for a VALET ATTENDANT
An urban oasis, tucked away off of Main Street in the heart of Fredericksburg, TX, Albert Hotel offers a peaceful yet sophisticated luxury experience in Texas's famed Hill Country. Opened in January 2025, the property features 105 thoughtfully appointed guest rooms and suites, along with uniquely designed bunk rooms and a private house with custom furnishings, locally-curated amenities, and thoughtful touches.
With the guest experience in mind, Albert's elevated amenities include a sunken limestone pool featuring an outdoor bar and cabanas, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a 2,000-square-foot full-service spa. Additionally, the property is home to four on-site culinary outlets, including The Restaurant at Albert led by Michelin-starred and multi–James Beard Award–nominated Chef Michael Fojtasek. 
Albert boasts 3,600-square-foot of semi-open air event space, a 1,200-square-foot mezzanine deck, and an expansive event lawn, making it a prime destination for weddings, private events, and intimate gatherings.
What you'll do: 
<ul>
<li>Greet all guests in close proximity and make each feel important by providing a genuine welcome and opening entrance doors</li>
<li>Drive safely and follow all traffic regulations while parking and returning guests' vehicles</li>
<li>Ensure that the front lobby, front interior, and exterior entrances are kept clean</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, hours of operation, and services; sell the amenities of the hotel</li>
<li>Immediately inform hotel management of any accidents or moving violations</li>
<li>Pick up and deliver guest laundry for valet service</li>
<li>Read maps and provide clear directions</li>
<li>Carry baggage weighing up to fifty pounds to the guest’s room; respond to requests for bell service as soon as possible</li>
<li>Arrange and store luggage carts; use extreme caution to protect guest’s property when loading and unloading luggage carts</li>
<li>Continually watch for people in halls, around corners, and in elevators, and be aware of any possible safety hazards</li>
<li>Deliver packages, faxes, and messages to guests</li>
<li>Arrange for reasonable accommodations for person(s) with disabilities</li>

Who you are:

Primary Purpose:

4. Park automobiles for members and guests. Help members and guests in and out of automobiles.
5. Parks vehicles (pull keys) in designated valet parking areas and retrieves vehicles on request.

8. Respond to member/guest inquiries related to Club policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

· Must have a valid AZ driver's license and a history of safe driving. 3 Year clean MVR.

Job Summary: The Service Valet/Porter will be directly responsible for the care, security, and transport of customer cars, company cars and visitor cars on and between dealership premises and vendor premises. In addition, the Service Valet/Porter will be directly responsible for the prompt and courteous greeting of customers and guests in the service drive for the purpose of welcoming them to the dealership, being a valet with their car, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel, helping check their car into service, and checking in/out their loaner car. Service Valet/Porters will assist customers in entering/exiting and loading/unloading their cars.
Responsibilities to Include:

<li>Facilitate the flow of vehicles through the service drive, parking lot and between facilities.</li>
<li>Drive vehicles through car wash system, performing and/or assisting with the car wash process.</li>
<li>Clean the interior glass of the vehicle and dust the interior console area.</li>
<li>Under direction of valet supervisor on duty, fuel and clean loaner cards daily.</li>
