The Registered Sonographer must be flexible with work hours to meet department needs. Must be dependable, accountable and cooperative. Assists with providing safe, age appropriate care to the patient by performing all exams provided by the department per department protocols. Education
Required -&nbsp;Completion of a CAHEA approved formal training program in diagnostic medical sonography.
 Work Experience

Preferred - 2 years of sonographer experience.
 Certifications
Required -&nbsp;Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or registry eligible (required within 1 year of hire).
Advanced certification in area(s) of specialty according to facility need.
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
