Job Details
 Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li> Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of commercial/residential properties; including tenant relations, maintenance, and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal, etc.</li>
<li> Handle tenant relations with a focus on high customer satisfaction and retention.</li>
<li> Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for properties; complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual inspections as required for a specific asset, and best management practices.</li>
<li> Review and approve all property purchasing, contracted services, and invoice for both accuracy and correct expense coding.</li>
<li> Supervise on-site staff, including hiring, training, and managing performance.</li>
<li> Prepare and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends.</li>
<li> Collaborate with financial teams to develop operating budgets and make recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.</li>
<li> Ensure properties are up to date with licenses, inspections, and legal requirements.</li>
<li> Implement preventive property maintenance policies and oversee various repair and renovation projects.</li>
<li> Participate in negotiation of lease renewals.</li>
<li> Manage and control expenditure within agreed budgets.</li>
<li> Coordinate with legal professionals to prepare and update lease agreements.</li>
<li> Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li> Proven work experience as a Property Manager for Class A properties.</li>
<li> Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects.</li>
<li> Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.</li>
<li> Customer focus and bottom-line orientation.</li>
<li> Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li> Well organized with excellent time management skills.</li>
<li> BS degree in related field.</li>
<li> Valid real estate agent/broker license.</li>
<li> Proven ability to manage all aspects of a high-end, commercial/residential property portfolio including tenant relations, budget management, operations management, and project management.</li>
<li> Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.</li>
<li> Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.</li>
<li> Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.</li>
<li> Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and negotiation skills.</li>
<li> Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.</li>
