The RN Clinic Manager provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for a VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic serving enrolled Veterans. This role blends clinical expertise with people and practice management to ensure safe, timely, efficient, equitable, Veteran-centered care aligned to the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT)/Patient-Centered Medical Home model and VA standards. The RN Clinic Manager supervises clinical support staff, optimizes patient access and flow, drives quality improvement, ensures regulatory compliance, and participates in direct nursing care within scope.

<li> Visit our Assistive Care clients and conduct assessments in Tucson, AZ and other surrounding areas.</li>
<li> Oversee the clinical operations of the office.</li>
<li> Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.</li>
<li> Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field. </li>
<li> Facilitate new hire orientation. </li>
<li> Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff. </li>
