What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For:
• 3 years of related experience with enterprise application development and all phases of software development lifecycle.
• 4 years of experience with application software solution design and implementation.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and full participation in Agile ceremonies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Summary
QTEC Aerospace is looking for highly capable and motivated individuals. The successful candidates will function as an integral member of a multi-contractor team providing program, engineering, and technical support to Missile Defense programs. 
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following: 
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and tools such as Eggplant</li>
<li>Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements analysis, design, development, integration, and testing</li>
</ul>
Minimum Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and at least 5 years of related experience, will substitute equivalent professional years of experience for degree; or a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and at least 3 years of experience</li>
</ul>
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
<ul>
<li>Experience developing software in C++ and Java</li>
<li>Experience with Python or other scripting languages</li>
<li>Experience with automated testing</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare and brief presentations to the customer as needed</li>
<li>Self-motivated and customer-oriented</li>
</ul>
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with Agile software development practices</li>
<li>Experience with low level software to hardware interfaces</li>
<li>Experience with CMake</li>
<li>Experience with gRPC</li>
<li>Security+ certification</li>
<li>Active DoD TOP SECRET level security clearance</li>
</ul>
Security Clearance
Candidates must currently have and be able to maintain a minimum DoD SECRET level security clearance.
