Our Dental Hygiene Coordinator is responsible for managing the patient experience of our office and being a productive member of the front office team. From answering the phone to making appointments and discussing treatment, our ideal candidate will excel in:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hygiene Coordinator who is interested in learning about the back of office as well, to join our prestigious dental practice. In this role, you will fill our hygiene schedule and also float to back and front of office as needed.
Reponsibilities:

Qualifications:

<li>Sterilizing all equipment and instruments after use</li>
<li>Manage hygiene schedule, treatment frequencies and insurance coverage</li>

Requirements:
Qualifications

<li>Sterilization and asepsis training – INFECTION CONTROL</li>
<li>OSHA/HIPAA knowledge</li>
<li>Able to take X-rays (digital) including pano, bitewings, vertical bitewings, FMX, and single PAs</li>
<li>Coronal polishing, flossing, fluoride application, sealants, and hygiene instructions</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors and patients</li>
<li>Able to schedule, answer phones and document visit information.</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation
$19 - $24 hourly BOE
