JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers. (2 minute or less production cycle for 15 drink tray). All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Saracen Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe, communicates with beverage servers, and presents drinks to guests or servers as required</li>

EDUCATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED) Required</li>
<li>Minimum of (1) year high pressure, high volume bartending experience (preferably casino)</li>
</ul>
 
WORKING CONDITIONS:
<ul>
<li>Requires being mobile 100% of time </li>
<li>May work in dimly lit/Smokey area. </li>
<li>Must be able to stand for extended periods </li>
<li>Must be able to tolerate extensive background noises and still maintain calmness and courteousness.</li>
<li>Require to lift/push or pull at least 25lbs.</li>
<li>Requires regular, consistent attendance. </li>
<li>Work area may be small with heavy production.</li>
<li>Temperatures may vary associate will have constant contact with guests and other team members.</li>
