Position Summary:
Responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately preparing and responsibility serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.&nbsp; Follows standard recipes, mixes ingredients, and prepares cocktails and other drinks.&nbsp; Offers and serves food items to guests, collects payment for drinks served and maintains bar area clean, sanitary, and organized.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

<li>Ensures the bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.&nbsp; Promptly reports any defective product or equipment. </li>
<li>Offers and serves food items to guests seated at the bar when appropriate or as requested. </li>
<li>Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions. </li>
<li>Responsible for routine cleaning, set up and breakdown of bar.&nbsp; This includes all preparation required to run the bar efficiently and smoothly.</li>
<li>Washes and sterilizes glassware and keeps bottles, glassware and beverage products arranged to make an attractive display.</li>
<li>Completes daily/weekly cleaning and side work requirements. </li>
<li>Participates in scheduled catering events as required.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.</li>

<li>1–2 years’ experience in bartending preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience with Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi and sake preferred.</li>

Responsibilities
The Bartender is the stepping stone…the first area of service for the guests before arriving at their tables. Qualifications
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or GED equivalent.</li>
<li>2 plus years of high volume bartending experience is required.</li>
<li>In some U.S. States, a food safety certification program is required to be completed before being able to serve food or alcohol, which may include a food handlers card (i.e., California law requires this).</li>

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at Dolly Parton's Stampede as a Bartender.
Part-time and Full-Time positions available.
Hours vary with show schedules but always include afternoon and evenings.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Serve a curated collection of themed cocktails and beverages to guests as they arrive at the attraction, as well as during the show.</li>
<li>Follow all TN state &amp; Company serving laws when it pertains to alcohol.</li>
<li>Prepare snack items that are available to order from the bar.</li>
<li>Operate a POS for accurate order taking and transactions.</li>
<li>Understand food/drink allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with an allergy.</li>
<li>Set up, stock, and clean the bar area.</li>
<li>The bartending position may require cross-training for gift shop, greeting, and face painting.</li>
<li>You are also required as needed to welcome guests as they enter, and inform them of the many activities that are available.</li>
<li>Be prepared to answer questions related to the performance.</li>
</ul>
Qualification Requirements:

<li>At least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.</li>
