HOUSE MANAGER TASKS:
<ul>
<li>Clinical Support – assist in providing clinical services; serve as the liaison between clients and clinical staff; meet with clinical staff to get up-to-date info on clients; escort new intakes to the clinic for risk assessment interviews within the established time frame</li>
<li>Housing Support – work collaboratively with onsite security; coordinate and conduct fire drills as scheduled; ensure the program is following all state and federal regulations and all ICL policies and procedures; participate in all activities to improve the quality of services provided</li>
<li>Resident Support – assist in the admission and orientation of new residents; conduct intake interviews; educate clients on facility rules and regulations; maintain accurate head count; monitor the census and placement of clients to assure compliance with DHS rules and regulations; ensure appropriate crisis intervention as needed; serve as a role model to residents; be aware of other’s reactions and understanding why they react the way they do; help residents to be compassionate and hopeful</li>
<li>Admin Support – promptly, maintain a logbook documenting all activities in the shelter on the assigned shift and noting any variance to the normal day-to-day operations; email copies of shift and daily activity reports to mgmt. after each tour; develop precise and detailed incident reports to be provided to mgmt.; responsible for ensuring accuracy of and completion of required documentation; with the Operations Dir.’s approval, establish and maintain work schedules in accordance with ICL policies and procedures</li>
<li>Staff Support – direct and supervise staff; assign and coordinate staff activities and integrate as part of a multidisciplinary team; ensure staff operate according to all government regulations and ICL policies and procedures; provide oversight for assigned staff shifts; conduct staff supervision in accordance with division expectations and ICL procedures; ensure staff receive relevant information regarding program operations; ensure assigned staff’s compliance with agency time and attendance policy; regularly review and monitor staff activities, making recommendations to Ops. Director</li>
<li>Supervisory Support – provide quality mgmt. oversight; provide direct care coverage as needed; assist in the recruitment, selection, training and orientation of new employees; manage and oversee all aspects of the facility in the absence of the Program Dir., Assistant Dir., Dir. of Operations and/or Social Services Dir.; with the Operations Dir.’s approval, conducts disciplinary action as needed, ensuring that Plans of Corrective Action are implemented and adhered to; work with residents, families, and staff in a caring and respectful manner, and with due understanding of and consideration for cultural differences</li>

We are looking to employ a dedicated and skilled X-ray technician to take quality x-rays of patients’ bones, soft tissues, or organs as instructed by patients' physicians. The X-ray technician's responsibilities include monitoring radiology supplies, attending mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, and ensuring that the x-ray machines are set at the correct radiation levels. You should also ensure that all x-ray rooms are clean and tidy at all times.

X-Ray Technician Responsibilities:

X-Ray Technician Requirements:

<li>Proven experience working as an X-ray technician.</li>
