Position Profile This position will support client facilities services in a corporate environment. Services provided to clients include mailroom activities, shipping and receiving duties, customer kiosk/locker backup support, reporting preparation of all activities, and other departmental duties. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform duties related to mail, shipping, and receiving.</li>
<li>Assist with the loading and unloading of scheduled and unscheduled trucks. Use of pallet jack is often required for incoming and outgoing items and internal deliveries.</li>
<li>Scan and input all incoming and outgoing items into the TRAC database, including certified, registered, return receipt, Federal Express, and UPS for delivery to customers.</li>
<li>Manage and distribute stationery/office supplies (small items).</li>
<li>Document and maintain all data, logs, and supporting documents according to management guidelines. Maintain detailed files of such records.</li>
<li>Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.</li>
<li>Perform various departmental duties as requested.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
<ul>
<li>Requires high school diploma or GED, and 1-2 years of related work experience.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time/distance.</li>
<li>Demonstrate competency in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.</li>
<li>Professional presence for customer-facing interactions.</li>

Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Shipping &amp; Receiving Clerk – $20 - $25 an hour
We’re seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Shipping &amp; Receiving Clerk. This is a critical position for incoming and outgoing deliveries for our client. The majority of the time this clerk will receive and check-in each arriving package, distribute, and log the internal delivery of the received goods. In addition, this position will also oversee the shipment of packages. This includes, working with UPS, FedEx, and other private vendors to ensure on-time pick-up. The ideal candidate would have experience using forklifts and pallet jacks, along with being familiar with other shipping related process. This team-oriented role will commonly work with warehouse staff for collaborative client satisfaction.&nbsp;
Experience: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Three or more years of experience with shipping and receiving preferred • &nbsp; &nbsp;Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds, and at times up to 50 pounds safely • &nbsp; &nbsp;Must know or have an understanding of bill of lading for Domestic and Overseas&nbsp; •&nbsp; &nbsp; Experience with Shipping Lithium Batteries • &nbsp; &nbsp;High school diploma/GED required
