Responsibilities
Position: Maintenance Porter - Driving 
Shift: Sunday to Thursday 8:30am to 5am 
Salary Range: $23 per hour

 Basic Function - This position is involved with facility maintenance duties and customer interface. Previous experience is preferred, but not required in all positions. Individual must be able to perform with minimum supervision. Other duties may include: equipment service and general housekeeping tasks.
<ul>
<li>Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks noted in the checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter and debris is removed from all areas of the facility using brooms, mops, brushes and other hand tools.</li>
<li>Walk garage daily to note and correct any maintenance problems. </li>
<li>Sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells as well as clean surface area rails, etc. on all levels, the booth, the office and rest rooms. </li>
<li>Empty all trashcans in the garage, the booth and the office. </li>
<li>Paint any and all areas of the facility as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all painted surfaces such as poles, signs, doors, walls, curbs, islands, gates, etc. are properly maintained and look neat and clean.</li>
<li>Replace burned out bulbs. </li>
<li>Apply oil absorbent to oil spills. </li>
<li>Submit requests for repairs or maintenance. </li>
<li>Check conditions of safety items, such as gate arms to ensure clearance bars are secure. </li>
<li>Check ticket spitters and gates daily for proper operations, ticket supply, accuracy of time on clock and general appearance. </li>
<li>Provide ticket and record gate counters to the Manager. </li>
<li>Keep an inventory of janitorial supplies. </li>
<li>Maintain a garage/lot sweep sheet. </li>
<li>Operate automatic sweepers, scrubbers, outdoor equipment such as weed eater, lawnmowers or other electrical tools to repair or construct items, as applicable. </li>
<li>Shovel, plow or blow snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Manager using shovels, snow blowers and other light duty equipment.</li>
<li>Report any unknown, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Practice the Three Keys to Customer Satisfaction including the Five Customer Service Behaviors to ensure successful customer interactions.</li>
<li>Assist customers within the facility or as directed by the Facility Manager/Supervisor.</li>
<li>Resolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor.</li>
<li>Be familiar with all aspects of the operation and cover other duties including cashier, attendant, etc. on an as needed basis.</li>
<li>Maintain a neat and clean appearance and arrive and remain complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>

Managing Director, Partner Development Manager
We are hiring a Managing Director to lead and manage the Partner Development team for our Corporate Talent products. The role is responsible for managing a team of individuals against a revenue goal for new and/or existing products. The Role in Brief:
Partner Development Executive (Agency/DBAM)
Partner Development Executives at EAB are responsible for establishing relationships with key decision makers within education institutions.
We hire persuasive leaders with a knack for teaching and explaining concepts – people who are comfortable listening to our partners and then mapping their problems to our services and solutions. As our ambassadors and connectors, Partner Development Executives are pivotal to the growth of our firm.
As a Partner Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and managing the sales process in order to convert new partners. We are seeking sales professionals who have a strong record of success achieving and exceeding sales goals within a team selling environment.

In this role, you will focus on helping partners strengthen their enrollment and marketing outcomes by introducing EAB’s leading digital solutions: Digital Agency services, Digital Brand Awareness Marketing, and Chat Agent.
You will represent a portfolio that spans AI-powered engagement, full-funnel digital brand marketing, and data-driven website optimization, positioning you to solve critical challenges in enrollment management, marketing visibility, and prospect conversion.
This position is listed as Partner Development Executive for posting purposes; the official title of this hire is expected to be Associate Director, Partner Development; Director, Partner Development; or Senior Director, Partner Development (candidates are being considered across all levels) to align with EAB business norms.
Partner Development Executives may be based in Washington, DC; Richmond, VA; or remotely within the continental United States. Remote candidates with willingness to travel are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prospect and build new business within an assigned territory of education institutions; acquire new partners successfully and negotiate to expand services for existing partners</li>
<li>Lead consultative sales conversations that align institutional challenges with EAB’s portfolio of digital enrollment solutions, including:</li>
<ul>
<li>.edu Optimization (Digital Agency): Guiding partners on turning their institutional websites into enrollment engines through SEO, content strategy, and on-page conversion improvements</li>
<li>Digital Brand Awareness Marketing: Helping partners safeguard enrollment funnels through omnichannel digital marketing, brand visibility in AI search, and performance-driven media strategies.</li>
<li>Chat Agent: Demonstrating how AI-powered chat delivers 24/7 prospect support, reduces staff burden, and provides actionable insights.</li>
</ul>
<li>Conduct live presentations, including diagnostic evaluations and technical demonstrations, to understand prospective partner needs and educate key stakeholders on the value of EAB products and services</li>
<li>Meet annual revenue goals through management of a sales pipeline with pursuits in various stages of the evaluation process</li>
<li>Work with other sales, marketing and delivery team members to drive increased revenue via business development within an assigned portfolio of institutions</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors</li>
<li>Provide insights from partner development visits to inform future research initiatives and new product development inquiries</li>
<li>Indirectly manage team members to goals, providing formal feedback and guidance on professional development </li>
</ul>
Basic Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university</li>
<li>Proven track record of success exceeding personal revenue targets in business development roles</li>
<li>Experience representing complex products or services to external partners in a trusted, consultative capacity</li>
<li>Ability to negotiate and excellent persuasion skills</li>
<li>Willingness to travel domestically at least 25-50%</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Professional experience in at least three of the following:</li>
<ul>
<li>Higher education sector</li>
<li>Delivering client presentations and facilitating discussions</li>
<li>Sales or Account Management</li>
<li>Teaching and/or breaking down complex or abstract ideas into simpler concepts</li>
<li>Partner management</li>
</ul>
</ul>
Ideal Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5-12+ years of relevant full-time professional experience</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in consultative sales within digital marketing, enrollment, or technology solutions, preferably in higher education.</li>
<li>Ability to translate complex digital concepts — such as AI search visibility, SEO/UX optimization, and multi-channel campaign strategy — into clear and compelling value for education leaders.</li>
<li>Experience engaging CMOs, enrollment leaders, and marketing strategists on topics including student demand generation, brand visibility, and website conversion.</li>
<li>Comfort navigating conversations across multiple solution areas, tailoring discussions to each institution’s unique enrollment challenges.</li>
<li>Desire to achieve success in a sales environment and sell prospects on the current and future value proposition of a product or service</li>
<li>Engaging and memorable presentation style; demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with an executive-level audience</li>
<li>Proven track record of success in achieving revenue quota and sales targets</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to listen and diagnose a problem and map a solution in the moment</li>
<li>Demonstrated creativity and initiative when it comes to problem solving and/or project ownership</li>
<li>Resilience and comfort with ambiguity ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment</li>
<li>Ability to indirectly manage a Sales Associate to goal, coach and provide constructive formal and informal feedback</li>
<li>Receptive to feedback, coaching and constructive criticism; ability to learn from mistakes</li>
<li>Proven experience managing multiple priorities, strong prioritization and organizational skills</li>
<li>Excellent writing, critical thinking and negotiation skills, and familiarity with formal and informal RFP procedures</li>
<li>Consultative sales experience</li>

Compensation:
The compensation package for this role includes a starting salary (base) range of $56,000 - $170,000 per year plus eligibility for uncapped variable compensation. The anticipated total earnings are $106,000 - $305,000 at target levels of performance against commercial goals in a full and typical fiscal year, with lucrative uncapped earning potential to reward overperformance. Actual salary and on-target earnings vary due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting range for their role.
