 City Cruises is seeking a Regional Account Manager for our operation in Newport Beach. 
 Base salary of $30/hour ($62,400) with a sales commission plan consisting of an additional $39,000 at the 100% pre-determined sales goal. If sales achievement surpasses the 100% goal, additional compensation may be provided according to the commission plan.

 About the Opportunity: 
The successful Account Manager will provide a variety of support to the account managers, in addition to handing the post booking portion of the sales and ensuring continuous customer satisfaction and maximized revenues and profitability.
 Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities: 
·  Meet or exceed annual personal sales goal set by the RDOS and VP of Sales ·  Develops comprehensive knowledge of customer and market needs ·  Executes the sales plan using effective sales techniques ·  Generates leads; primarily uses telemarketing and networking through current customers for lead generation but may attend trade shows and industry events ·  Converts prospects to clients; successfully conducts telephone sales calls to both new and existing customers, and uses effective closing techniques ·  Identifies customer needs and uses in-depth product knowledge to prepare winning proposals. Regional Account Manager

Position Overview:
The Account Executive plays a crucial role in the metal recycling industry by managing industrial accounts and expanding the customer base in the Milwaukee area. This position focuses on purchasing ferrous and non-ferrous scrap from existing accounts, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and actively seeking new industrial, dealer, and supplier accounts. The Account Executive will monitor market trends, provide timely pricing advice to customers, resolve customer issues, and ensure the achievement of budgeted goals. This role requires a strong sales and customer service orientation, as well as the ability to effectively manage inventory and collaborate with internal teams.

Responsibilities:
 
Account Management:

<li>Purchase ferrous and non-ferrous scrap from existing industrial accounts and suppliers.</li>
<li>Maintain regular contact with existing accounts and suppliers to ensure consistent inbound scrap flow within budgeted guidelines.</li>
<li>Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, vendors, and all levels of employees.</li>

Pricing and Gross Margin:
