 The Purple Line is a 16-mile light rail line that will extend from Bethesda in Montgomery County to NewCarrollton in Prince George's County. It will provide a direct connection to the Metrorail Red, Green and Orange Lines, at Bethesda, Silver Spring, College Park, and New Carrollton. Position Overview:

<li>Conducting market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring that procurement aligns with project budgets and timelines.</li>
<li>Preparing and issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to vendors and suppliers, evaluating their responses to ensure the best fit for our projects.</li>
<li>Managing the procurement process, including negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.</li>
<li>Maintaining a thorough understanding of industry trends, cost drivers, and construction methods to provide insight and guidance to the project team.</li>
<li>Monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>A minimum of 3 of experience in construction estimating and procurement, preferably within the general contracting industry.</li>
<li>Proficiency in estimating software and tools, along with strong analytical and mathematical skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.</li>

As a Concrete Laborer, you will work alongside skilled professionals on a variety of construction projects, ensuring that our work meets the highest standards of quality and precision. This role involves preparing construction sites, pouring and finishing concrete, all while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Allied Concrete is seeking experienced Laborers for our concrete teams in Billings, MT. We are looking for workers with experience in the following:

<li>Helping set up and clean up for concrete pours</li>
<li>Shoveling concrete &amp; Vibrating concrete</li>
<li>Place and Finish of Site Concrete</li>
<li>Experience spotting for Operators Spotters/Flaggers</li>
<li>Formwork of footings, walls, columns, experience w/ Symons Forming Systems</li>
</ul>
NOTE:These duties listed are meant to describe the general scope of the work. Other duties may be assigned based on business needs within the organization.
OTHER:
<ul>
<li>Ability to work overtime and Saturdays on an as-needed basis.</li>
<li>Ability to work on construction projects in both standard and high-risk areas. Construction site work environment will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs and ladders and negotiate work areas under construction. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.</li>
<li>Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as required.</li>
