Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assemble complete case files using clinical documentation like chart notes, lab results, and medication histories</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and follow up with payers until a final determination is reached</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure process efficiency and patient-first outcomes</li>

Required Background &amp; Experience:

<li>Minimum 2 years of specialty pharmacy experience with a focus on prior authorization and benefit verification</li>
<li>Strong understanding of drug names, medical terminology, and insurance workflows</li>

Minimum Requirements

<li>Desired proficiency in any of the following software: LEAP Bridge Enterprise, LARSA 4D, LPile, MDX, Descus, AASHTOWare BrR, Merlin DASH, spColumn, PennDOT software packages, Bentley MicroStation and/or OpenRoads/Bridge software.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license in good standing</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to travel as required. Travel is primarily local and typically does not require an overnight stay. Some weekly travel may be required on occasion</li>
<li>All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check </li>
