Essential Responsibilities

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>10+ years of business-to-business product experience, preferably with engineered products in the utility sector. </li>
<li>5+ years’ experience in sales, customer service or related function.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, statistical and/or process background. </li>
<li>Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining growth strategies. </li>
<li>Strong understanding of utility pipeline customer and market dynamics and requirements.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. </li>
<li>Ability to lead VOC, NPI, pricing, distribution channel support, and advertising/promotion.</li>
<li>Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Engineering, MBA preferred.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, &amp; EXPERIENCE
 
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination and experience. Two -ten+ years of experience in commercial banking, depending on level (Officer, AVP, VP, SVP). A background screening will be conducted.

<li>LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively.</li>
<li>TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. Successful completion of required background checks is required.</li>
<li>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Apply mathematical fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Knowledge in reading and interpreting financial documents required.</li>

PREREQUISITES
