<li>Assist in the direction and supervision of associates engaged in sales, inventory-taking, and reconciling cash receipts or in performing guest services.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Open availability to work a flexible schedule to support the needs of the company. This position does not require Sundays or late nights.</li>

<li>Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a fast-paced retail environment.</li>

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Performs nuclear medicine procedures for referring physicians of a quality that aids in the diagnosis of the patient.
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ol>
<li>Perform nuclear medicine examinations on patients of all ages including the administration of radiopharmaceuticals and contrast material as assigned in accordance with established guidelines in a manner that ensures an accurate and complete examination and treatment providing the highest patient care.</li>
<li>Always verify patient with exam order and study to be performed prior to placing patient on the scanning table.</li>
<li>Organize and document all aspects of assigned patient care in coordination with the referring physician(s) and the radiologist to ensure accurate and timely performance of procedures.</li>
<li>Knowledge of scheduling procedures for CT and nuclear medicine, including PET scans.</li>
<li>Maintenance and organization of patient film file records in our EMR and on site as needed.</li>
<li>Handling patient priors as needed.</li>
<li>Checking and verifying exam with EMR order vs Rx</li>
<li>Verifying images, notes, authorization number if pertinent to patient exams.</li>
<li>Verifying Physician study routing preferences.</li>
<li>Scan in patient paperwork and verify exams in PACS with all necessary information for Radiologist to read exam.</li>
<li>Maintains continuing education as required to ensure NMTCB certification.</li>
<li>Maintain clean and stocked work area.</li>
<li>Maintain HIPAA practices and HIPAA training.</li>
<li>Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.</li>
</ol>
 
Education and Certifications/License:
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field.</li>
<li>Current certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or equivalent(required).</li>
<li>New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Radiologic Technologists license(required).</li>
<li>BLS Certification(required).</li>
</ul>
