candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong background in masonry and concrete,
capable of managing client relationships from initial consultation through contract close. This
role requires both sales acumen and technical knowledge of the trade to ensure that each bid
and project proposal reflects DiBara Masonry's high standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct on-site client visits to assess project needs and scope details.
• Gather all necessary information to prepare precise and competitive bids, including
materials identification and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partner vendors, and industry
professionals such as landscape designers, architects, engineers, and irrigation
specialists.
• Prepare and submit detailed bids according to established pricing formulas.

drainage, waterproofing, and blueprint reading.
