Role Description
The Speech Therapist will provide teletherapy services to individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries, focusing on speech, communication, language, and swallowing disorders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

<li>Strong knowledge of speech, communication, and language disorders</li>
<li>Experience treating dysphagia and swallowing disorders</li>

JOB SUMMARY
Develops a competitive swim program including managing and coaching swim team. Responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly pool environment and for attending to swimmers in need of assistance. 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
<ol>
<li>Promotes, works and acts in a manner consistent with the values of LGM.</li>
<li>Organizes, manages, and coaches the club’s swim team. </li>
<li>Coaches the youth swim team and develops a competitive program that is fun, fair, and organized. Motivates participants to achieve individual goals and promotes team spirit. </li>
<li>Travels to local swim meets. </li>
<li>Follows and complies with all swim league processes, procedures, rules, and responsibilities.</li>
<li>Schedules swim meets, tournaments, and other special events. Directs the setup, clean up and paperwork associated with the events.</li>
<li>Teaches, coaches, and demonstrates proper swimming techniques. </li>
<li>Handles all communication with parents and guardians regarding upcoming meets, practices, weather cancellations and various reminders.</li>
<li>May teach private, semi-private, and group swim lessons as time allows.</li>
<li>Adheres to and enforces pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.</li>
<li>May manage the daily operations of the pool, coordination use of the facility, oversight swim lessons as needed. Reports on the operations to the General Manager.</li>
<li>May hire, train and coach the pools Lifeguards. Schedules staff and conducts mandatory training and meetings as necessary.</li>
<li>Maintains a safe and clean pool environment by directing the custodial duties in the pool bathhouse, concessions, and general pool area. Completes chemical analysis and application according to requirements and schedule.</li>
<li>Monitors and maintains designated areas of responsibility for potential hazards, accidents and safety concerns; reports all hazards and incidents immediately. Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to the pool deck, diving equipment, water slide equipment, general pool areas, etc.</li>
<li>Remains alert and continually monitors those individuals swimming in the pool, water slide and diving areas; assists and/or rescues individuals who are in danger.</li>
<li>Administers first aid, CPR and/or other life saving techniques until no longer needed or until relieved by supervisor or emergency medical personnel.</li>
<li>Assists with evacuating the pool due to medical and pool emergencies. </li>
<li>Attends and actively participates in regularly scheduled staff and club committee meetings.</li>
<li>Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service, and safety expectations. </li>
<li>Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.</li>

Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
