WORK ENVIRONMENT:

<li>This position is a hybrid role after the initial onboarding phase has been completed. Must be in the office three times a week, with one of the days being Monday or Friday.</li>
<li>A work environment can be an office environment, medical facility, educational facility, commercial facility or a customer site under construction, renovation, or warehouse space.</li>
<li>Job sites will have a variety of environmental factors including but not limited to noise, dust, and temperature changes. </li>
<li>Candidates must have the capability to transfer job sites, as necessary.</li>

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Requires prolonged sitting, standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Requires manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for data input.</li>
<li>Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to fifty pounds.</li>
<li>Must maintain a clear background check to satisfy customer job site badging requirements.</li>
<li>Must be willing to submit to all vaccinations and screening tests required for customer jobsite badging protocol.</li>
<li>Maintain a clear drug and alcohol screening protocol.</li>
<li>20-30% travel requirement, as needed.</li>

Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian (FT) to join our Nutrition Team at Penn highlands Hospital in Dubois, PA. &nbsp;
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provides medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for the patient population</li>
<li>Follows all guidelines as outlined within the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies &amp; Procedures Manual</li>
<li>Complies with all regulatory standards to include federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies</li>
<li>Trains and mentors patient services staff and interns as applicable</li>
<li>Participates in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)</li>
<li>Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required</li>
<li>One (1) year of hospital experience, preferred</li>
<li>Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications, electronic medical record &amp; diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programming</li>
