SUMMARY
The Property Manager is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of a property and meeting company goals in those areas. This includes ensuring the property is excelling in areas such as leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, personnel management, compliance with company safety program, laws, and company policies. Property Management

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:

The Intake and Scheduling Coordinator (“ISC”) is responsible for acting as the liaison between patients and providers. We are looking for an individual that has consistent availability to work Wednesdays from 8a-6p, as well as flexibility to work other days on occasion to cover vacations, sick time, or help with additional workload (approximately 10 hours per week).

Now Hiring : Dental Assistant II - Fuquay Broad Office
At Lane &amp; Associates Family Dentistry, we love to make our patients smile, and that starts with you! We are seeking a dedicated DA II to support our dentists in delivering exceptional patient care. This role is responsible for assisting chairside, maintaining operatory inventory, ensuring proper sterilization and infection control, and preparing treatment rooms and materials.
Key Responsibilities 
Daily, weekly, and monthly tasks include (but are not limited to):
<ul>
<li>Assist the dentist with all aspects of patient care.</li>
<li>Reinforce preventive care instructions to patients.</li>
<li>Seat and prepare patients for treatment.</li>
<li>Support patients during dental procedures while ensuring comfort and calm.</li>
<li>Clean and disinfect operatories after each procedure.</li>
<li>Prepare tray set-ups and sterilize all instruments.</li>
<li>Expose digital radiographs (X-rays).</li>
<li>Take preliminary impressions as needed.</li>
<li>Monitor all lab cases to ensure readiness for patient appointments.</li>
<li>Maintain accuracy of the lab tracking system.</li>
<li>Manage dental supply inventory and ensure operatory readiness.</li>
<li>Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.</li>
<li>Assist with obtaining 5-star Google reviews through excellent service.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>

Job Requirements

<li>Dental Assistant Certification (required).</li>
<li>State of North Carolina X-Ray Certification (required).</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Ability to lift 15–20 lbs.</li>
