 Responsibilities:

<li>Ability to address minor maintenance issues with the machines, and to follow up with nurse coordinator (or Clinic Director in their absence) for consultation prior to any outsourcing calls.</li>
<li>Monitor the condition of the cassettes and other equipment in the x-ray room for signs of wear or malfunction and submit problems found as soon as possible to the Imaging Director so the issues can be rectified. Cassettes, chest bucky, and exam table are to be cleaned after each use to avoid cross contamination</li>
<li> Maintains and distributes pregnancy waiver forms where applicable.</li>
<li>Triage patients by checking and recording vitals, collect and record pertinent clinical history and all other information deemed necessary for proper charting in the EMS. Performblood draws, give injections, administer oral medications and perform other basic nursing tasks when not directly in the course of a radio graphical exam if applicable in yourstate.</li>
<li>Monitors and reads X-Ray badge monthly.</li>
<li>Radiation Monitors must be worn at all times when in the X-Ray room and maintain reporting as required.</li>

<li>Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.</li>
<li>Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.</li>
<li>Nursing duties including measuring and recording patients' vital signs, draw blood, give injections, and perform clinical tasks</li>
<li>Observe patients, charting, reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action.</li>
<li>Operate or oversee operation of X-Ray equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes</li>
<li>Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during X-Ray Scans</li>
<li>Ensures imaging equipment is proper operating condition.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.</li>
<li>Assist patients utilizing a Virtual Medicine Provider.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely matter and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.</li>
