FINANCIAL PACKAGE
Weekly Pay:full-time drivers on this fleet can make $1,052.67 - $2,000.69/per week&nbsp;
Annual Pay:full-time drivers on this fleet can make $54,704.00 - $104,000.00/per year
** Depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service&nbsp;
Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation to include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate. Including both mileage pay and all other accessorial pay, full-time drivers on this fleet can make $1,052.67 - $2,000.694/per week ($54,704.00 - $104,000.00/per year) depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.&nbsp;
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $.68-$.72 per mile, depending on experience.
Changing jobs is never easy - that's why our transition package invests in you. We offer a $1,800 Transition Package; $1000 of which is allotted for orientation for your first 2 weeks so you can focus on driving while we take care of the rest.
HOME TIME
Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset
Home time varies by division. This opportunity is for Division 295.&nbsp;

 Turner &amp; Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing Data Center team in support of a major hyperscale data center construction program for a global technology client&nbsp;with projects ranging across lease, new build, and mega campus developments. Responsibilities

<li>Lead and support preconstruction budget development, including pricing revisions through GMP.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the preconstruction team to develop and refine estimates for hyperscale data center projects.</li>
<li>Present estimates and cost plans to client stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.</li>
<li>Develop and manage cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design across multiple geographic regions.</li>
<li>Deliver and present updated cost plans at key design milestones to internal teams and client stakeholders.</li>
<li>Provide program-level estimates for specific scopes of work and support value engineering efforts.</li>
<li>Lead value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design intent or performance.</li>
<li>Review and analyze design changes, new technologies, and construction methods to assess cost impacts.</li>
<li>Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment between scope, budget, and schedule.</li>
