<li>Inspection of structural steel coatings, observation of containment, disposal of hazardous waste, surface preparation, coating application, and familiarity with all applicable local, state, and federal guidelines.</li>
<li>Complete and maintain daily records of field observations.</li>
<li>Read and interpret plans, specifications, and standards.</li>
<li>Perform material sampling and testing on applicable materials.</li>
<li>Assist other project management staff with identifying problems and developing viable solutions for consideration.</li>

We are currently seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Cable Backplane Systems team. The position will be located in Valley Green, PA.
SUMMARY:
The CNC Machinist sets up and operates conventional, special purpose and numerical control (CNC) machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic prototype parts by evaluating machinability, designs and builds special tooling to effectively produce parts to specification.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Responsibilities include the operation of the CNC Haas machine, vertical milling station, grinder and other equipment to produce quality, precision, cost-effective machined parts on a production basis with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Set-up and validate CNC programs utilizing Mastercam software</li>
<li>Ability to perform setups and use probing to ensure accuracy and quality</li>
<li>Manufacture quality parts within specification on schedule</li>
<li>Perform one’s own first part, in-process quality checks, cleaning and deburring as necessary</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by manager</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>2-year Machine Tool degree or certificate preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years CNC experience, preferably in a tool &amp; die environment.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years programming experience preferably with Mastercam software.</li>
<li>Proficiency using solid modeling tools (Creo, SolidWorks, etc.)</li>
<li>Understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&amp;T)</li>
<li>Ability to read specifications, Solid Works familiarity a plus</li>
<li>Knowledge of measurement equipment, tools, and gauges</li>
<li>A self-starter who uses initiative and problem identification to find solutions.</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot and maintain CNC equipment. </li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li>

Role Overview: The Quality Lead II provides technical leadership and guidance to ensure all engineering, procurement, and construction activities comply with contractual, industry, and statutory quality standards. The position requires strong construction and mechanical quality control/assurance experience, ideally within the compression station environment, and proficiency with Hexagon Smart Completions software. Familiarity with ExxonMobil projects and MCAPS is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Offer expert QA/QC support to confirm services, equipment, and materials fulfill all contract, specification, and regulatory obligations.</li>

<li>Oversee development and application of project-specific Surveillance Plans and Quality Procedures.</li>

<li>Direct discipline inspectors and provide hands-on quality support to the entire project team.</li>

<li>Heavy mechanical experience (compression stations, rotating equipment, piping, etc.).</li>
<li>Previous exposure to ExxonMobil projects and MCAPS strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Hexagon Smart Completions or equivalent software.</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.</li>
