Responsibilities

<li>Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and duct/piping design.</li>
<li>Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li>
<li>3–5 years of professional experience in HVAC design.</li>
<li>Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace, Carrier HAP).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of mechanical systems, codes, and industry standards.</li>
<li>Effective communication and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>EIT certification preferred</li>
<li>Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is a plus or in progress.</li>

<li>Advanced proficiency in HVAC design software such as Trane Trace, Carrier HAP, EnergyPlus, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project. Experience with BIM is a plus.</li>
