<li>As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating plastic injection molding presses, finishing and trimming parts, verifying parts meet specifications and quality standards, and assembling the final product.</li>
<li>The role involves running machines, removing finished parts, performing basic cosmetic inspections, clipping and deburring edges, labeling, packaging, boxing, and assembling parts using electric screwdrivers.</li>

Work Environment

<li>The work environment includes 33 machines with mold presses ranging from 28 tons to 1400 tons.</li>
<li>While the shop can be loud and has a strong smell of processed plastic, it is a dynamic and engaging place to work.</li>
<li>The environment may get hot due to the machinery used for molding plastic. Employees generally find it a stable workplace with low turnover and an average tenure of 5-10 years.</li>

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur D Alene, ID.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
