**PRINCIPAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Distribute all bundle film and trays according to work orders. - Ensure that the glue tank is adequately filled while the machine is in operation. - Load trays into the machine as required. - Resolve any jams in the packer, reset the machine, and restart it. - Assist with hand-stacking trays at the end of the line when the palletizer is down. - Ensure that all products meet quality standards. - Communicate any issues promptly to the supervisor and maintenance team. - Complete all necessary preoperational checks. - Report deviations as needed. - Fill out and submit daily reports and related paperwork.

**Education and/or On-the-Job Experience Required** - On-the-job training for machine operation. - Strong mechanical aptitude. - Proficiency in reading and writing English.
