Our client in Worthington, IN is seeking seasonal&nbsp; Production workers for Corn Sorting&nbsp;and General Operator positions. A successful worker will have strong communication skills and be able to work in a team environment. This is a Tobacco Free Facility.&nbsp;

Pay Range: $17-$20
What’s the Job?
<ul>
<li>Sort and inspect corn on conveyor belts, removing husks and identifying quality issues.</li>
<li>Receive and process incoming crop deliveries, including weighing and unloading trucks.</li>
<li>Operate husking and sorting equipment as part of the harvest process.</li>
<li>Run drying equipment to ensure crop is processed safely and efficiently.</li>
<li>Label, tag, bag, and palletize seed for storage or shipment.</li>
<li>Enter inventory and processing data into computer systems accurately.</li>
</ul>
What is needed?
<ul>
<li>Ability to work any&nbsp;shift –12 hour shifts (day and night).&nbsp;Will need to have the ability to work any day of the week (Monday-Sunday), as schedules will vary.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge of production agriculture and production plant operators.</li>
<li>Ability to work long hours and rotational shift, including over-time as needed.</li>
<li>Able to lift, push, pull up to 60 pounds, work in and outdoors and walk on uneven surfaces – steel toe shoes will be required.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to placement.</li>
</ul>
