The CQV Specialist for Upstream Process Equipment will be responsible for the commissioning and qualification of systems supporting cell culture operations in a cGMP biotechnology manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and ICH regulatory requirements throughout the CQV lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Author, review, and execute commissioning and qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for upstream equipment.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biotechnology, or related science field.</li>
<li>3–7 years of CQV experience in a biopharma GMP environment, with specific focus on upstream process systems.</li>
<li>Proficiency in authoring and executing validation protocols, and working within electronic systems (e.g., Valgenesis, Kneat).</li>
<li>Familiarity with industry regulations including FDA, EMA, ICH Q8–Q10, and ASTM E2500.</li>
<li>Strong technical understanding of upstream biotechnology processes and associated automation platforms.</li>

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Mold makers are skilled members of our manufacturing operations teams. These technicians will beresponsible for the specialized manufacturing and repair of molds and related components in plastic injection molding.
Responsibilities:

<li>Manufacture, alter, repair, and maintain molds and dies for injection molding </li>
<li>Perform complex mold repairs and spot shutoffs as required </li>
<li>Troubleshoot tooling problems on the production floor with cross-functional team of engineers and technicians</li>
<li>Operate various standard machine tools and mold-making machinery (i.e. mills, lathes, etc.) in the production and repair of injection molds </li>

Position Summary 
 
 TheAutomation / Commissioning Technician reports directly to the Automation Engineering staff and is responsible for testing and commissioning all control system components and loops as directed. Duties include, but are not limited to:

<li>Assisting in planning as required</li>
<li>Calibration and testing of transmitters, switches, converters, recorders, indicators, actuated valves, and control loops back to PLC or DCS systems</li>
<li>Ensures that there is adequate data sheets and system documentation to complete all required pre-commissioning and commissioning checks and tests</li>
<li>Verifies all test equipment is NIST Traceable and has a current calibration date</li>
<li>Utilizes industry standards for testing such as ISA or another recognized and approved standard</li>
