We are currently hiring for several open CNC machinist positions for a rapidly growing operation at WOLF in St. Inigoes, MD. Senior- or Master-level machinists are preferred but we can also consider talented mid-level (3-5 yr+) artisans. Successful applicants will join a motivated team of Machinists at our St. Inigoes, MD facility, leading and performing all facets of machining, including programming, setup, and operation of top-of-the-line CNC mills and lathes, as well as occasional conventional machining operations.
 
The following job functions are basic requirements (but other duties may be assigned as well):

<li>Program and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC mills, CNC lathes, and on occasion, conventional mills, lathes, and miscellaneous machine shop equipment to manufacture unique, one-of-a-kind products and systems to support NAWCAD WOLF projects.</li>
<li>Implement geometric dimensioning and tolerance practices to ensure all production products are manufactured to drawing specifications.</li>

CNC Field Service Technician

Hotstart, Inc. has an opening for a CNC Machinist at our corporate headquarters in Spokane, Washington. This position will work closely with Production team members in addition to the Quality, Design Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering teams, under the direction of the department Line Lead, Production Supervisor, and Production Manager. We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate with a positive attitude to join our team and contribute to Hotstart’s growth and success.
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to set up and run 2 axis machines, lathes and vertical mills with very little supervision</li>
<li>Ability to select tooling according to part</li>
<li>Ability to hold very close tolerances across dimensions</li>
<li> Must be able to read blueprints</li>
<li> Must have basic knowledge of editing G &amp; M codes</li>
<li> Mazatrol programming is a plus</li>
<li> Willing and able to complete pre-employment skills assessment, background check and drug screening</li>
<li>Must be able to work overtime when needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications

<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>

<li>Verifies conformance of machined parts to specifications</li>
<li>Lifts machined parts, positions, and secures parts on surface plate or worktable </li>
<li>Fits and assembles parts together and into assemblies and mechanisms</li>
<li>Verifies dimensions, alignments, and clearances</li>
<li>Notify the Supervisor of equipment or observe quality problems</li>
<li>Keeps equipment, tools, and work area clean, organized, and free of dirt, debris, clutter, oil, and water</li>
<li>Fill out daily operator maintenance checklists, inspection sheets and all applicable paperwork</li>
