<li>Provide resources and training to suppliers on Lean and Six Sigma tools</li>
<li>Analyze supplier performance and recommend process or equipment improvements</li>
<li>Maintain detailed documentation, including supplier reports, audit checklists, and SOPs</li>
<li>Create and manage the annual supplier audit schedule to reduce travel and optimize resource use</li>
<li>Support quality inspectors with first article inspection, data analysis, and change communication</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal policies such as the Product Change Notification (PCN) process</li>
<li>Contribute to QMS software maintenance and quality department reporting</li>
<li>Maintain dashboards, project trackers, and metrics aligned with departmental goals</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
 Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in a Supplier Quality Engineering or similar manufacturing role</li>
<li>Experience conducting supplier visits, audits, and development activities</li>
<li>Strong understanding of quality core tools (e.g., PFMEA, control plans, process flow)</li>
<li>Knowledge of PPAP, SCARs, and capability studies (Cp/Cpk)</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to lead and influence suppliers to meet performance expectations</li>
<li>Willingness to travel up to 50% (primarily domestic)</li>
</ul>
 Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification</li>
<li>Experience with Kaizen event leadership</li>
<li>Lean Certification</li>
<li>Trained Auditor certification</li>
<li>Familiarity with SAP in a manufacturing setting</li>
<li>Experience with Lean material management and related systems</li>
</ul>
