Tareas y responsabilidades laborales esenciales: 
 
Responsable de crear y analizar acuerdos cooperativos para pagos y descuentos, asistir en la entrada de clientes, gestionar y transferir ofertas negociadas, así como validar los 'Payout' de las marcas en comparación con el margen comprometido en ofertas extraordinarias.  
 
A cargo de efectuar los procesos de cancelación y/o sustitución de ofertas en Price Point y/o JDE según sea necesario.  
 
Responsable de transferir las matrices de descuentos en factura y CS Gratis para grupos de clientes y/o programas anuales como rebate, DC Allowances entre otros. Dar apoyo al equipo de venta en la transferencia de matrices en casos extraordinarios.  
 
A cargo de revisar y liberar (si procede) las órdenes que se registran en el programa de "Margin Hold" (M2). Esto conlleva análisis de precios y ofertas registradas en órdenes que reflejan un precio final bajo costo ó productos con costo cero.  
 
Responsable de revisar y liberar los CY's en sistema que correspondan. Notificar a los Brand Managers de situaciones repetitivas o que no cumplan con las políticas de BFH.  
 
A cargo de generar reportes de la información registrada relacionada a precios y ofertas según sea necesario garantizando la confiabilidad de la información.   
 
Responsable de validar la ejecución de contratos cooperativos en el sistema de Price Point por concepto de display, rebate, auspicios, entre otros, así como realizar el procesamiento de contratos cooperativos de shoppers y adjuntarlos al contrato predeterminado.  
 
Responsable de crear nuevos productos en módulo de inventario “Item Master” garantizando que la información cumpla con los requerimientos, al mismo tiempo que establece precios base/costo estándar, y asegurar la aplicación de ofertas vigentes para productos en bundles/baskets.  
 
Experiencia, educación, habilidades y conocimientos requeridos:

About the Role
The Lead Advocate will assist with implementing and developing behavioral health programming to support primary care practices with the comprehensive needs of their patient population. The Lead Advocate will manage a panel of patients to provide support around short-term goal setting and behavioral interventions in conjunction with a consulting psychiatrist advising the patient’s PCP on medication adjustments. As operations expand this role will oversee the broader triage program and Behavioral Health Care Managers providing Collaborative Care interventions. The Lead Advocate will also triage patients to mental health services and resources external to the practice when clinically indicated. Working in tandem with a team of non-licensed Advocates who will assist in following up on treatment recommendations, the Lead Advocate will ensure that patients get connected to the services they need such as therapy, psychiatry, support groups, online communities and free educational resources.
Responsibilities

Screen and assess patient for behavioral health symptoms and conditions

Triage and make treatment recommendations
</li>

Provide education and guidance around options for care and resources
</li>
<li>
Assist patients in locating well matched high quality resources to address presenting concerns
</li>

Collaborate with and provide clinical support to non-licensed Advocates interacting with patients about resources
</li>
<li>
Coordinate care with referral sources as clinically indicated
</li>
<li>
Offer patients continuous follow up and redirection to new resources as needed
</li>
<li>
Partner with team on process improvement efforts
</li>
<li>
Work with patients to set measurable personalized goals and provide brief behavioral interventions using evidence-based techniques such as behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, motivational interviewing, or other treatments as appropriate to help patients work toward identified goals
</li>
<li>
Participate in regularly scheduled caseload consultation with the psychiatric consultant and communicate resulting treatment recommendations to the patient’s medical provider
</li>
<li>
Serve as ongoing liaison between providers to coordinate patient’s care
</li>
<li>
Systematically track treatment response, any changes in clinical symptoms or treatment side effects that may arise
</li>
<li>
Facilitate treatment plan changes for patients who are not improving as expected in consultation with the medical provider and the psychiatric consultant
</li>

Qualifications

Master’s in Social Work
</li>
<li>
Independent Social Work License in state of practice required
</li>
<li>
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of direct clinical practice in behavioral health
</li>
<li>
Previous experience managing clinical escalations and performing safety risk assessments
</li>
<li>
Previous experience working with patients with serious mental illness preferred
</li>
<li>
Comfortability and experience working with children and adolescents preferred
</li>
<li>
Previous experience with AIMS Collaborative Care Model strongly preferred
</li>
</ul>
