Responsibilities
Truck drivers deliver and distribute building products to assigned customers. Ensure safe loading, handling, and transportation of materials and heavy cargo. Complete necessary paper work and relay any customer questions or complaints to supervisor. Inspect truck for any defects or problems that might arise after and after trips and submit reports indicating truck condition. Maintain vehicle in safe operating condition including service with fuel, oil, and water. Maintain logs and records according to D.O.T. regulations. Assist associates in loading and unloading trucks or building loads as needed. Secure cargo for transit. Maintain a clean truck. Maintain good housekeeping in work area. Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma, GED or two (2) years equivalent work experience. Must have a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) and possess the ability to safely operate transportation equipment (i.e., tractor/trailer combinations). Two (2) years truck driving experience required. Must have working knowledge of DOT regulations and meet BC driver qualifications. Performs duties in all weather conditions.

The Loan Partner Three (LP3) is a Loan Processor responsible for timely and
high-quality loan processing from RESPA to Funding (lock-to-loan).
The LP3 collaborates with the Loan Officer (LO), Loan Partner Two (LP2), loan underwriters, borrowers, and other key stakeholders to review and submit high-quality loan applications to underwriting.
 
This position requires extensive knowledge of investor guidelines, strong attention to detail, expertise in analyzing cash, credit, capacity (income), and collateral, and

Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:

<li>Obtain property documentation to process mortgage loan files, including appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records</li>

<li>Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval</li>

Pre-Underwrite

<li>Verify that the initial loan file is complete using the pre-underwrite checklist</li>

Job Summary
 Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Ensures the accurate execution of all events during his/her shift. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations. </li>
<li>Logs and maintains food temperatures. </li>
<li>Arranges tables and decorations. </li>
<li>Arranges buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards. </li>
<li>Serve food and beverages to guests. </li>
<li>Thoroughly cleans location after event is completed. </li>
<li>Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility. </li>
<li>Distributes and collects customer comment cards for catered functions. </li>
<li>Stocks, cleans and maintains catering facility and equipment. </li>
<li>Ensures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times. </li>
<li>Maintains in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand. </li>
<li>Maintains clean and safe work environment. </li>
<li>Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times. </li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li>

 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law. </li>

This position is open to college students, preferably in Construction Management or Civil Engineering programs. Geared toward those hands-on, field-oriented candidates who would like to grow a career into future Superintendent roles. Ability to perform job-specific instruction provided by Superintendents, Blasting Supervisor, or Drill Operators. Individuals must be safety-minded and able to work well in varying weather environments. Out-of-town travel and overtime may be required.

<li>Participate in daily heads up safety meetings - Ability to take direction and perform construction laboring activities</li>
<li>Ability to work unsupervised occasionally</li>
<li>Pump blast holes dry with water pump</li>
<li>Load and unload explosives from truck</li>
<li>Carry buckets of stemming stone to stem blast holes</li>
<li>Maintain clean and organize job site</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Valid Drivers License with good driving record and own transportation</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical &amp; drug screen.</li>

<li>Experience with construction laborer helpful, but not necessary</li>
<li>Ability to learn and develop skills to later perform higher-level tasks</li>
