What We Expect From You

<li>DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation</li>
<li>A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you provide care or eligibility for licensure</li>
<li>Other required certifications (CPR, DEA, etc.)</li>
<li>Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)</li>
<li>A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults</li>

What You’ll Do

<li>Supervise and support a team of caregivers who provide daily assistance to individuals with disabilities.</li>
\n
<li>Oversee staff hiring, training, scheduling, and ensure smooth program operations.</li>
\n
<li>Provide direct support when needed, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care.</li>
\n
<li>Foster independence and community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings, work, or activities.</li>
\n
<li>Model compassion, teamwork, and accountability in everything you do.</li>
\n</ul>

What We’re Looking For
\n
<ul>\n
<li>High School Diploma or GED (or 5 years of caregiving experience in place of education).</li>
\n
<li>Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, car registration, and insurance.</li>
\n
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li>
\n
<li>A heart for service and a desire to lead with compassion.</li>
\n</ul>
