The Shift Manager works under the direction of the Restaurant Manager. They work directly with team members and operate shifts in a restaurant. As a Shift Manager, there are multiple levels of responsibility and development. Progression through these levels is based on demonstrated skills, experience, and operational knowledge. All levels require full certification in the position (completion of Shift Leader (SL) training path and ServSafe certification).
All levels of Shift Managers, regardless of their level, are responsible for the following key duties:

Required Qualifications Education:

Experience:

<li>6+ years of hands-on test automation experience. </li>
<li>3+ years in a leadership or managerial role within QA/Test Automation. </li>

Job Summary: InterAgency is seeking a mid-level environmental scientist to join our growing environmental practice. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to work alongside senior environmental staff, collaborating on major resiliency and infrastructure projects in the DC metropolitan area. Projects will range from preliminary planning to construction and include the following:

<li>Subsurface infrastructure to mitigate flooding impacts</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Large diameter tunnels to remediate combined sewer overflows (CSOs)</li>
<li>Redesign of existing sea walls to address sea level rise</li>
<li>Bridge construction over navigable waterways</li>
<li>Stream restoration</li>

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare federal, state and local permit applications and manage the review and processing of permits</li>
<li>Prepare NEPA documents</li>
<li>Advise clients on environmental permitting and regulatory requirements through preliminary desktop assessments and detailed permit matrices</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with project team leader to ensure data accuracy, completeness and that clients expectations are met for scope, budget, schedule and quality</li>
<li>Support development of technical proposals</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Follow safety protocols and guidelines during fieldwork</li>
<li>Author Environmental Management Plans</li>
<li>Administer ESC, SWM</li>
<li>Mentor junior environmental team members</li>

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in environmental science or related field.</li>
<li>7+ years of environmental consulting experience</li>
<li>Proven knowledge of Clean Water Act and related regulations, including 7 of Endangered Species Act and 106 of National Historic Preservation Act (see preferred qualifications)</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for large-scale infrastructure projects</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines</li>
</ul>

Clean Water Act and Related Regulations:
<ul>
<li>NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) compliance certification</li>
<li>Certified Stormwater Inspector (CSI)</li>
<li>Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC)</li>
<li>Certified Professional in Stormwater Quality (CPSWQ)</li>
<li>Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) training</li>
<li>Federal- or state-recognized Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act and/or National Historic Preservation Act compliance training </li>
</ul>
 
NEPA and Environmental Planning:
<ul>
<li>Certified Environmental Planner</li>
<li>NEPA Certificate from a recognized provider (e.g., Archer Institute, Shipley Group, UC Davis, or accredited university programs)</li>
<li>NEPA training through federal agencies such as FHWA, DOE, or DOT</li>
<li>Other environmental impact assessment or regulatory compliance training</li>
</ul>
Relevant certifications in environmental policy, wetland delineation, endangered/threatened species surveys, infrastructure planning, and regulatory permitting are also welcomed and encouraged
