Department: Recreation
Reports To: Tennis/Pickleball Supervisor
Start Date: May – September; Seasonal
Salary: $14-$16.00 hour, commensurate with experience

Position Summary: This position focuses on seasonal operation of the Williams Tennis Campus and Hubbard Pickleball Center. The Tennis and Pickleball Staff are responsible for the daily operations and facility management of Tennis and Pickleball activities at Lakeside Chautauqua, including daily lessons, special events and court maintenance. Staff should, at a minimum, be able to play tennis and provide guests with basic information about tennis fundamentals and rules.

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Supports the mission of Lakeside Chautauqua and a culture of belonging at Perry Park, the Williams Tennis Campus and Hubbard Pickleball Courts. </li>
<li>Monitors the use of tennis and pickleball courts, equipment, and activities.</li>
<li>Proactively engages in conversation with players and guests and promotes tennis and pickleball programs ensure a welcoming atmosphere.</li>
<li>Provides excellent service to ensure high quality guest experience and satisfaction. Works to resolve all related issues tactfully, effectively, in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Assists with tennis &amp; pickleball lessons, clinics, events as appropriate to personal skill level.</li>
<li>Assists Tennis or Pickleball Pro with needs for lessons, programs, etc.</li>
<li>Maintains confidentiality of guest’s personal information.</li>
<li>Utilizes registration software, maintaining rosters and updating information.</li>
<li>Ensures the safety of guests and staff and that all Lakeside Chautauqua rules and regulations are followed.</li>
<li>Proactively performs required court maintenance as required, including dragging the courts, refreshing lines, drying of hard courts, etc. at Perry Park, Williams and Hubbard Courts. Reports any issues to Tennis/Pickleball Supervisor.</li>
<li>Maintains the organization and cleanliness of all tennis and pickleball equipment, facilities and grounds. Reports any issues to Tennis/Pickleball Supervisor.</li>
<li>Collaborates with Facilities and grounds department to maintain flowerpots, and flower beds throughout campus grounds.</li>
<li>Works directly with Tennis/Pickleball Supervisor, maintaining facility operations and integrity by assisting with daily operations and management. </li>
<li>Collects and/or confirms contact information and usage from all who utilize courts and/or equipment.</li>
<li>Assists with event registrations, check-ins, administrative duties as assigned by Tennis/Pickleball Supervisor,</li>
<li>Inventories all equipment and reports any necessary repairs or maintenance to Tennis/Pickleball Supervisor.</li>
<li>Oversee that all Lakeside Chautauqua rules and regulations are followed.</li>
<li>Season Pass Eligibility: Employees are eligible for a season pass provided they work a minimum of 24 hours per week during the season; employees receiving Lakesideprovided housing are required to work a minimum of 32 hours per week. Season passes are for employment use only and must be returned on the employee’s last day of employment.</li>

Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Operate Garbage Truck Safely: Drive a rear load garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste in residential neighborhoods, construction sites, and other assigned areas.</li>

What You’ll Do: 

As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a meaningful role in assessing needs, service and resource linkage, and care coordination to support youth and families/ caregivers in the OhioRISE plan in achieving their health and outcomes goals. Care Coordinators are primarily community-based and may be able to perform some tasks from home. Care Coordinator Non-Licensed will work with individuals, parents/guardians, Boundless staff, community members, and other service and support providers via face-to-face engagement, telephone, video conferencing, and electronic communication. Day-to-day activities are varied based on the needs of the individuals and families/caregivers on the caseload. The Care Coordinator Non-Licensed serves as a primary point of contact and liaison for all the vital support providers in a youth or family's life, including scheduling meetings, tracking, exchanging documentation, following up on needs and appointments, and reporting outcomes. 

Minimum Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or other related field OR at least three years of experience in children’s behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice or a related public sector human services or behavioral healthcare field, providing community-based services to children and youth, and their family or caregivers.</li>
<li>High School and GED required</li>
<li>Experience in one or more of the following areas of expertise:

<li>Community systems and resources</li>
