<li>Plays key role, with leadership of the HR Director, in the staff and paralegal annual review, merit increase, bonus processes and budgets of activities in appropriate region.</li>

<li>Manages overtime for all staff in region and report attentions to Director of Human Resources.</li>

Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience working as an estimator in construction.</li>
<li>Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and mathematical skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in estimation software and tools.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li>
</ul>
Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in mathematics, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience in commercial construction.</li>
<li>Project management skills.</li>
</ul>

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
