Requirements:
What we will ask you to do:
<ul>
<li>Work to build our client portfolio in the Kearney metro with professional services clients. </li>
<li>Design, develop, and deliver sales presentations and proposals through collaboration with sales leadership </li>
<li>Self-generate leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, emails, networking, and industry events </li>
<li>Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required by sales management </li>
<li>Maintain all sales interactions in our CRM (HubSpot) </li>
<li>Understand the needs of small and mid-sized businesses and design solutions to meet their unique IT needs </li>
<li>Present partnership options to prospective clients </li>
<li>Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty and ensure a seamless transition to onboarding and full partnership </li>
<li>Follow up with clients and prospects regularly to ensure needs are being met and deals are progressing through the pipeline </li>
</ul>
 
Required Skills &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Services sales or business-to-business sales preferred </li>
<li>Previous prospecting experience required</li>
<li>Experience using a CRM – HubSpot experience is preferred </li>
<li>Ability to deliver engaging presentations and qualifying conversations </li>
<li>Intermediate level of skill working with Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint </li>
<li>Track record of achieving sales quotas and sales activity metrics </li>
<li>Strategies for lead generation and cold calling </li>
<li>Outside sales experience </li>
<li>Basic working knowledge of information technology </li>
<li>Excellent relationship skills, communication skills, and self-management skills </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and willing to travel locally up to 20% of the time </li>
<li>Integrity and drive to achieve results </li>
<li>3+ years deal closing sales experience </li>
<li>Must be located in the Kearney area </li>

<li>Consultative sales skills – experience managing deals with multiple decision makers and steps </li>
<li>Full cycles sales experience – owning the process from generating leads to closing deals </li>
