Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 
Medical Scribe Duties

<li>Accompany the physician into the patient examination room to transcribe history and physical exams, accurately documenting physician-patient encounters.</li>
<li>Transcribe patient orders, including laboratory tests, radiology tests, medications, and procedures.</li>
<li>Document diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescriptions as dictated by the physician.</li>
<li>Prepare office notes/templates for upcoming patient appointments.</li>
<li>Review test results and update electronic medical records with the latest patient information.</li>
<li>Obtain and organize necessary reports, hospital records, and other documentation to assist in patient care.</li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Greet patients and escort them to examination rooms.</li>
<li>Prepare office notes/templates for upcoming patient appointments.</li>
