Work Environment
This position is located in a hospital setting with rotating shifts from 7:30am to 3:30pm and 3:30pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday, with every other weekend required. Technicians handle a minimum of 2,000 dosages in one shift and are constantly on their feet for eight hours with two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch. The hospital operates 24/7, requiring candidates to rotate holidays and weekends and be present during inclement weather. In snowstorms, the hospital compensates for Uber rides, round trip. Candidates are expected to pay for parking, but the hospital provides an additional 50 cents per hour to help with reimbursement.

What You’ll Do:
Work closely with our two dentists on a variety of exciting procedures including:
<ul>
<li>Fillings &amp; CEREC crowns</li>
<li>Root canals &amp; extractions</li>
<li>Dental implants &amp; dentures</li>
<li>Cosmetic dentistry &amp; orthodontics</li>
</ul>
You’ll also assist with room turnover, sterilization, and—if you’re open to it—light front office support (phones, scheduling, payments).
What We’re Looking For:

<li>Dental assisting experience&nbsp;preferred, but&nbsp;we're open to training the right person</li>
<li>Positive, team-oriented attitude</li>
<li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-provider office</li>
<li>Willing to jump in and support wherever needed</li>
<li>Great communication and patient care skills</li>

Responsibilities:

<li>Diagnose and treat dental issues in patients of all ages</li>
<li>Perform routine check-ups, cleanings, and preventive treatments</li>

Requirements:

<li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school</li>
<li>Valid state dental license</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Dentist</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a team environment</li>
</ul>
